You replace mailto:pflaump@mail.trevista.com with your own EMAIL and send letter to "yourname" with your name. Look at the questions:

Write up what you want to say in your word processor. Save as a plain text (dos) document. Open the document in notepad or wordpad and block, copy, and then paste the paragraphs into this document, either now, (on-line) or off line.
When you are finished save this page as "yourname" ( short no spaces ).htm peterfm.htm for example. On most systems you can then open the htm in your browser and hit submit button below.

Method four: you can FTP ( file transfer ) by using paste this in the URL address in your browser
