The student reads a textbook, (A) and we do 12 class activities ( summaries on site as class01.txt etc.) The group does up to 15 activities (B) in workbook ( topic above ) and each student does a journal each week (C) that makes the connections on each theme for the units above. Each part (A, B, C) count 2 point if good - 1.5 = fair 1 = some hope .5 something = 6 per unit plus 2 bonus for getting it all together = possible 8 per unit for 100 point total = possible A if the quality of the final presentation ( portfolio ) is good. ( 80 = B etc) The students spend the whole term in their groups.
